Overview 

Please read the information contained in this section of the website regarding the supply of all digital artwork to Newstyle Printing. The information and specifications in this section should act as a guide for anyone creating or sending files ready for print. Any deviation from these guidelines could result in extra costs and possible time delays at the repro stage of any job.

Digital files can be uploaded direct to this website or sent on CD, DVD, USB, FLASH/FIREWIRE and via e-mail. Files supplied should only contain information relevant to the job. Assistance with uploading files to this site is available upon request. Where possible, hard copy laser printouts should accompany any digital artwork. Pages should be stapled together to show how jobs are to back up/fold etc. Failure to supply the relevant lasers for a job could result in time delays in Repro.

All jobs are pre-flighted to check for potential problems before imposing. You will receive high res Epson proofs, low res bond mock ups and a 3D proof (where possible) for your approval. The high resolution proofs are produced using the relevant ISO profiles and will give an accurate indication of colour, content and trimming. The low res mock ups are produced to ensure the folding, orientation and page order will be correct. All hard copy proofs must be checked thoroughly and then signed when approved. Any further changes can be proofed as PDFs via e-mail. These PDF proofs are created from the ripped files to ensure data integrity.
